I am a second year DPhil student in theoretical condensed matter physics. My supervisor is and I have worked on projects both with him and with prof. Parameswaran.

I focus mostly on quantum Hall physics and related questions. This includes researching aspects of the non-Abelian state at filling fraction 5/2, and more recently studies of fractional Chern insulators, systems which can show fractional quantum Hall-like physics on a lattice and sometimes other interesting behaviours absent in pure quantum Hall.

I am also teaching assistant to prof. Simon for the course taught as part of the MMathPhys programme.
