Strong coupling in an organic metal-clad microcavity

Conference on Quantum Electronics and Laser Science QELS Technical Digest Series (2000) 79-80

Authors:

PA Hobson, MG Salt, WL Barnes, DG Lidzey, DDC Bradley, MS Skolnick

Abstract:

An evidence for the strong coupling in a metal clad organic microcavity is presented. It is shown that strong coupling can also be observed using metal films for the mirrors. Results are discussed, indicating that metal mirrors comprise an attractive option for organic microcavities.
